Bids will be opened at 10:30 am on
July 3rd. The Career and Technical Education Director and the
Superintendent has the authority to accept or reject the highest bid on July
3rd. When a bid is accepted, the buyer must provide 10% deposit by July 7,
2008. The remaining balance is due within 10 working days after July 7,
2008. The house must be removed from the premises within 30 calendar days
of the confirmed sale.
