Racing Auction Commission Schedule:

If price per lot is:

$0.00-$24.99, auction commission is a flat rate $5.00

$25.00-$299.99, auction commission is 20%

$300-$499.99, auction commission is 15%

$500-$999.99, auction commission is 10%

$1000-$3999.99, auction commission is 5%

$4000 and more, auction commission is flat rate $200.00

Items valued over $200 may have a reserve price.  "No-Sale" Fees on Reserve items will be 1/2 the Sale Fee using above schedule based on the Reserve Price on the item.   Seller buy-backs under $200 pay full sale fees on all purchases and sales. 

All consignors will be paid by check to be mailed to the address provided by the consignor, by Tuesday following the Auction.
