Terms:  Cash, Cashier's Check, or Money Order.  Proper ID required for Buyer's Card. All vehicles sold “as is” with no warranty or guarantee!  Announcements made auction day take precedence over any printed material. 

No Vehicles may be moved until the conclusion of the auction.  Forklift assistance available.  Vehicles may be REMOVED DAY OF AUCTION or on Monday following the auction from 8am-12noon or from 1-4pm.   Storage charges incur after Monday and if not picked up within 10 days, the vehicle will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of with no refunds!
